Ofcom commissioned Tallboy to produce a video to provide information about preventing and dealing with nuisance calls and messages. The end result is a 2 minute animation offering tips and advice in a simple straightforward way. We also made it available with subtitles for those with hearing impairments.

Recent Ofcom research revealed that a third (32%) of consumers were unsure of where to get advice on preventing nuisance calls, so we hope this helps to spread the word!

The video is being streamed on Vimeo and YouTube, as well as being promoted by a number of supporting organisations such as Age UK, Citizens Advice, Mencap, Which? and StepChange.
