Ofcom commissioned Tallboy to produce a video to provide information about preventing and dealing with nuisance calls and messages. The end result is a 2 minute animation offering tips and advice in a simple straightforward way. We also made it available with subtitles for those with hearing impairments.
Recent Ofcom research revealed that a third (32%) of consumers were unsure of where to get advice on preventing nuisance calls, so we hope this helps to spread the word!

According to this infographic by Brendan Gahan, viewers are 20x more engaged on YouTube than Facebook. He took a look the top 5 from each and pulled the rate of comments per post or upload over a one week period. Brendan then chose comments as the sole indicator of engagement because comments are apples to apples. There are no dislikes on Facebook (but there are on YouTube, etc).
